it may not make sense that when i have so many sessions to still blog about,
that i am not only putting this one in front of them, or even starting another series,
but, i am. and i am happy about it.
i have been away from my own work for too long. i need food.
the object sitting on top of her head is, yes, a crown.
i will share with you right now that the crown was not my brilliant idea,
but, in fact, this brilliant woman’s idea. how can her work not be inspiring?
i went about searching for my own head piece. so far, nothing…that i love.
for now, i will begin with this one because i need to begin.
even though this is to be a series…with a crown…i found something that attracted me even more. the wind. it was more like a strong breeze, really.
when it started, all i wanted was to catch it, in all it’s glory.
can you feel it?

Karen, FL - Gina, this is LOVELY! I love the “crown” idea (and personally, I think you raised the bar), and the soft blowing locks are so, so pretty! Really a beautiful portrait! Can’t wait to see more! 🙂 Karen
Deborah Carr - This is gorgeous, full of personality, movement, curiosity, fun. You’ve done it again, dear girl. (I’m such a fan…)
