i love it when someone (dad) wants to do something wonderful for someone else (wife)
and that it’s a surprise on top of it.
this gift? photographs of their girls. yay!
when we talked beforehand, as i normally do, i made some suggestions of what to bring,
what the girls should wear, etc.
as i was going through their bags the day of our session, i have to give big credit to him
as he did, indeed, bring everything that i asked him to…and,
actually listened when i told him to let the girls wear what they wanted.
they were happy. it was going to be a great session.
so, dad, not only do you get points in the husband department,
you get extra kudos in the dad department too.
i have to share, though, that he almost lost those kudos when at one point, he took the girls aside and
asked them to settle down…i quickly sent them running off, looked at him and said,
“what are you doing!? they are perfectly fine, don’t make them upset!”
{side note…ron (dad) and i have known each other for years}
these girls were a complete joy. they are beautiful, sweet, bubbly and filled with sisterly giggles,
yet as different as can be.
a gift for you, mommy, wifey, tracy.
claire and grace.
